Roast Beef
Ingredients:
1 head of garlic
Bay leaves
Onion salt
Black pepper
White balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
1 cup of red wine
Method of Preparation:
Preheat the oven for 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare the meat by digging 7 holes deep with a pointed knife.
Get 7 teeth of garlic sliced in halves.
Grab a bay leaf, place garlic, and add onion salt and black pepper, forming a cocoon.
Insert it wrapped in itself at one of the holes in the meat.
Then you prepare the 4 parallel holes and one at the top, inserting a cocoon in each one of them, as deep as you can get it in (maybe reaching for the center.)
Smash together the rest of the garlic teeth with one teaspoon of onion salt and a dash of black pepper.
Turn the meat around and spread it on the surface.
Turn the meat around once again and place it in a tight oven form, drip white balsamic vinegar on the surface, and olive oil.
Place it in the oven, and time it 30 minutes.
Smash 2 teeth of garlic, one teaspoon of onion salt and a dash of black pepper.
At 7 minutes, take the meat off the oven, using protection:
